Pick up Information

IF YOU ALREADY MADE A BOOKING, DON’T FORGET TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL BECAUSE THAT’S THE PLACE WHERE YOU HAVE ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS. Melbourne Airport Shuttle bus operates 7 days a week between 06.00AM to 07.00PM only to and from Tullamarine Airport. Outside this hours price will be flat rate – $85(up to 3 passengers) and $140(up to 9 passengers). For more details please contact us via email on bookings@melbourneairportshuttle.net.au Internet bookings for next day must be made by 06.00pm to enable drivers and vehicles to be assigned for duty. Booked & Paid Online at least 24 Hours Advance to confirm your seat. If is less than 24 hours please contact us on bookings@melbourneairportshuttle.net.au before paying to check for availability.

Hotel Pick up Information for Shuttle bus

Pick ups in the city are made normally every hour. Please ensure you book your pick up at least one hour – one hour and 30 min before you need to Check-in at the Airport especially for pick ups outside Melbourne CBD . Please remember this is shared service, there will be multiple drop offs and pickups along the way to your destination. Please allow more time during peak hour traffic ie. 9-10AM and 3PM to 6:30PM. Your pickup time may be amended to allow changes in traffic conditions so that the bus logistic run is the most efficient.In this case we will send you an e-mail. It is your responsibility to allow enough time to get to your chosen location. Please check out at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. Some busy hotel has express checkout the night before and busy hotel may take up to 1 hour before you have a chance to see the checkout counter. Please note the bus driver has a 15 minutes window on all pick ups due to uncertainty of prevailing traffic conditions. Your pickup time may be amended to improve the logistics for driver to do a quick and efficient run. Where there is no safe pick up point because some city hotels do not have any pick up directly in front of their door ( Example Super tramp stop outside Ibis Budget or during Clearway zone where picking up will be fined $400). In this case please request for another safe alternative pick up point near your hotel.

Airport Pick Up


We will always send you an email confirmation with exact details what you have to do when you are at the airport. General info: As per Melbourne Airport rules, Bus driver are not allowed to leave their buses unattended so won’t be able to wait inside.
After you had collected your luggage, contact us on 0383788700 (please check your email confirmation for airport pick up because sometimes we send you a different number to call for airport pick up) to inform you are ready for your transfer. Then exit Terminal T1 (Qantas), T2 (International), T3 (Virgin) or T4 (Jetstar and Tiger) towards the Tullamarine Melbourne Airport Forecourt by crossing 2 pedestrians crossing. Travelers from International and Qantas can use the LEFT exit, walk across 2 Pedestrian Crossings. After the 2nd CROSSING immediately turn RIGHT and cross a third little crossing into the Middle Lane where all the mini buses are waiting. Walk pass the brown bus stand HOTELS and RENTALS until you reach blue bus stand GROUPS and CHARTERED and wait for our buses as you will be instructed in the confirmation email. Jetstar and Tiger travelers must make their way to Virgin Terminal pedestrian crossing. All Jetstar, Tiger and Virgin travelers must cross 2 Pedestrian Crossings to arrive at the blue bus stand GROUPS and CHARTERED ZONE L where vans and mini buses stand on RED bus lane. In your DIRECT sight is Park Royal Hotel and 20 feet tall HUGE MELBOURNE sign.

ยท Please ensure you turn your mobile / cell phone on as soon as you land and are safety inside the terminal building. Notify us that you have landed so we may organize your Shuttle transfer. Sometimes, due to flight or baggage delays you may miss your original allocated departure. Your paid transfer is still valid but some delays may occur. We will then organize the next Airport Shuttle for you. PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND CONTACT US BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE PICK UP POINT!

Extra Charges

– LUGGAGE allowance is 1 large and 1 small per person. Any extra bag will incur an extra charge of $5/luggage. – All payments made via Credit Card or Paypal will incur a 6% processing fee. This will be done through a secure website to protect your privacy and security. Cards accepted: VISA, Master Card, Discover, AMEX.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation in excess of 72 hours refunded 100% of charges received minus processing fee of 10% or $10 whichever is the great amount. Cancellation in less than 72 hours but with 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund less any processing fee of 10% or $10 whichever is the greater amount. Cancellations less than 48 hours do not receive a refund.
